Literally the stupidest thing I have ever seen somebody write on a craigslist ad.
If a vehicle is titled, then it’s not really sold if the title isn’t transfered to whoever “bought” the vehicle. What universe did this guy fall out of?

Hell, he’s already gouging on the price of th moped, why not for the title too, I guess. $850 for a rusty Moby? I paid $100 for mine last year.
